Sophia holds a bachelor’s degree from University of California, Los Angeles and a master’s degree in Sustainable Food Systems from Culinary Institute of America. She has experience in food service and supply chain operations through roles at Dole Packaged Foods and Chipotle Mexican Grill, where she gained exposure to large-scale food production systems. She also has hands-on experience in permaculture design and hydroponics, with a strong interest in regenerative and controlled-environment agriculture.

As Director of Compliance Services at Washburn Consulting, Sophia focuses on packaging compliance, producer reporting, and sustainability data systems.
