Director of Client Services

Loulou is a people-focused professional with a wide range of experience throughout the ESG landscape. She holds a BS in International Leadership and Development from Vanderbilt University, where she was also an Ingram Scholar and Michael B. Keegan Traveling Fellow. She has a background in economic and environmental development and served as a B Corp Certification analyst for two years. At Washburn Consulting, she coordinates operations and business development, manages the client portfolio, supports project execution across all service offerings, and directs nonprofit/fundraising engagements.
